Thermoforming involves heating nonwovens to plasticize them and then forming them in presses. We have been developing this technology for almost 10 years, expanding our B2B offerings with new raw materials and methods. Our state-of-the-art production lines, equipped with robots and conveyors, enable precise batch production of both complex shapes with high rigidity and multi-layered products with different face materials and fillings.

Recycled nonwoven finds a wide range of applications, including. in the mass production of decorative elements, furniture or components for the automotive industry, which is of increasing interest to designers.

We produce for both large chains and smaller customers – we offer the possibility of both large-scale production and in smaller batches. The robot technologies we use ensure precise basing and perfect joining of individual components of multilayer products – Thanks to process automation, we achieve very good quality and repeatability of products, and our strict standards are based on ISO 9001 and IWAY certifications.
